Do you store patient data or PHI?
No. Notes are processed in memory to generate suggestions and then discarded. Our database keeps metadata only — note type, standards used, timestamps — never note content or patient information. Every user signs a BAA during setup.
How does it work inside my EMR?
Chart Auditor is a Chrome extension. Finish a note in any web-based EMR, click the icon, and it reads the note's fields, checks them against the standards that apply, and shows suggested wording side-by-side.
